Natural ways to clear toxic heavy metals that unbalance thyroid hormones-
- Fresh, freeze-dried and aged garlic are all good sources of bioactive selenium.Selenium is an effective mercury detoxifier. Take one capsule or clove of garlic after each meal to start. Slowly work your way up to three. If you don’t like garlic, eat one Brazil nut daily. A single Brazil nut contains about 100 mcg of selenium.
