CoEnzyme Q10 and Cancer
Since the 1960’s there have been numerous studies that have shown that cancer patients often have decreased blood levels of coenzyme Q10. Breast cancer patients after mastectomy surgery showed decreased CoQ10 in the damaged tissues. There is interest therefore in using CoQ10 as an anti-cancer compound to stimulate the immune system.
Coenzyme Q10 is considered as your body’s POWERHOUSE ENHANCER and ANTIOXIDANT.
In a clinical study, 32 patients were treated with CoQ10 (90mg) in addition to other anti-oxidants and fatty acids; sic of these patients showed partial tumour regression. In one of these cases the dose of CoQ10 was increased to 390mg and within one mouth the tumour was no longer palpable, within 2 months the mammography confirmed the absence of tumour. In another case the patient took 300mg of CoQ10 for residual tumours and within 3 mths there was non-residual tumour tissue. (Lockwood 1994)
I take CoQ10 every day, and give to my daughter as well, and have recommended this product countless times to friends and people I meet. Some of the benefits of CoQ10 may be increased energy, improved metabolism, weight loss, cell protection, cardiovascular wellness and neurological repair. You need to make sure you have a product that will enable best absorption. A product I like, and through research have found that it delivers what is needed with a CoQ10 quality (8x), is UB8Q10. It remains in the blood stream much longer, which is critical to harvest the true benefits without having to take so many tablets.
