- processed from seaweed,
- originally associated with take-out Chinese foods.
- prevalent ingredient in a wide variety of processed foods, ie-salad dressings, flavored chips,
gravies & some sandwich meats
- MSG is linked to side effects e.g.- skin rashes, numbness, nausea, heart palpitations, migraines .
