Where is MSG?

Monosodium glutamate (MSG):

  •  flavor enhancer derived
  •  processed from seaweed,
  • originally associated with take-out Chinese foods.
  • prevalent ingredient in a wide variety of processed foods, ie-salad dressings, flavored chips,

gravies & some sandwich meats

  • MSG is linked to side effects e.g.- skin rashes, numbness, nausea, heart palpitations, migraines .
