Sardines=can a day theory

Sardines are full of nucleic acid. 

We eat them every week in my family & dear friends even come with cans of sardines gift wrapped when visiting.

A can of sardines a day is long known for healthy skin care & keep the wrinkles away too.

Interesting fact that we all need to know.

The nucleic acids promote the rejuvenation of the body’s own DNA and RNA.

These nucleic acids  are aid to :

  • repair themselves,
  • utilize nutrients more efficiently,
  • remove toxins
  • produce more energy.

People  with foods rich in nucleic acids,  now  report a substantial fading of lines and wrinkles, and developed healthier, younger- looking skin after only two months!

Of the nucleic acid-rich foods, sardines topped the list.

Some doctors in Europ, claim that sardines also alleviated health problems such as heart disease, emphysema, arthritis, memory problems.

Great! I have always preferred sardines to salmon and tuna so they’re back on my menu!
