Plan a diet- alkaline-forming foods

by admin on June 4, 2013

Planning for eating a diet rich in alkaline-forming foods is a simple matter of knowing what to choose. Sticking with fresh produce is a good place to start. Using a small part of your garden for this production is both a joy and benefit as well as some excericse too.

These are what my family use:

  1. *Lemons.. . . Starting my day with a glass of lemon water is a good way to help balance your pH levels . While lemons are initially acidic, the end result is alkaline& also can be grown in your garden. I have always planted lemon trees for my family.
  2. *Watermelons- great diuretic & easy to grow at home too with no need for chemicals to add to its delights.
  3. *Chilly & Cayenne peppers- love these in the home garden.
  4. *Leafy Greens, eg spinach, kale, chard, & collards = rich in folate and vitamin K.
  5. *Apples & Grapefruits -organic from my garden is a true joy. Grow fruit trees for yourself and family & enjoy this special benefit from home.
  6. *Coconut -organic & fresh is the high alkalinised
  7. *Spirelena
  8. *Pumpkin-a happy grower in the home garden.
  9. *Cucumber- crunchy ones & high on our grocery list or from your little plot of a home garden.
  10. *Reishi herb
  11. *Celtic salt-another fav of my family for many years.
  12. *Avocados- they come fresh from my tree but you make sure you grab for organic ones.
