Lutein and zeaxanthin are critical 4 eye health & concentrate in the retina of your eye to protect & help clarity and sharpness.

These also collected in your macula- little yellow spot near the center of your retina.

N.B. The eyes need at least 20 mg a day of lutein and 4 mg of zeaxanthin 4 optimal vision.

That means if you don’t eat lots of eggs and parsley and other vegetables, you’ll need to supplement. Thank you Since i started taking the maxi focus 3 sprays under the tongue 4 times a day my eye sight has improved greatly no more blurriness. I have more energy too. I like it.
