Our children are a gift from heaven & need good care as first priority for their good health. As a teacher then I see so many children abused & feel strongly for this issue.

Don’t wish to be the bearer of more horrible news stories but this poor child and his family distressingly bad care for the children of the world. You are always seriously concerned about children care so as confirmation.

A six-year-old boy in China had his eyes gouged out, blinding him for life, reports said Tuesday, in a gruesome attack that may have been carried out by a ruthless organ trafficker.

Family members found the boy covered in blood some three to four hours after he went missing while playing outside, according to a television report posted online.

The child’s eyes were found nearby but the corneas were missing, reports said, implying that an organ trafficker was behind the harrowing attack.

Police offered a 100,000 yuan ($16,000) reward for information leading to the arrest of the sole suspect, who they said was a woman.

“He had blood all over his face. His eyelids were turned inside out. And inside, his eyeballs were not there,” his father told Shanxi Television.

Its report showed the heavily-bandaged boy being taken from an operating theatre and placed in a hospital bed, writhing in agony as family members stood at his bedside weeping.

The boy was drugged and “lost consciousness” before the attacker removed his eyes, state broadcaster China Central Television (CCTV) said on its account on Sina Weibo.

Internet users were outraged by the attack on the boy — who had a cleft palate — in Fenxi, in the northern province of Shanxi on Monday.

Alert re CARE for our children.

(Many scoff at Dee for her continual warnings to care for our children to guard them against local & global child organ & sex traffickings but this highlights her long  maintained vigilence for children.

We know that she has so often intervened to save children & others feel the same way as shown below from news reports.)

“This is extraordinarily vicious,” said one Sina Weibo user.

“How and why could someone be so cruel?” “A truly tragic boy,” said another poster.

About 300,000 patients in China need transplants each year, but only about 10,000 people can get them due to a lack of donors, state media said.

Seven people were jailed last year when a teenager Sold a kidney for an illicit transplant operation and used the proceeds to buy an iPhone and iPad.

Child organs are usually more expensive on the black market, an organ trafficker told Sina Internet news portal in 2010, as “most people think the younger the donor is, the better the quality of organs”.

Children are popular for organs & sex trade trafficking globally and China is not the only nation fighting this hideous cruelty to children as Debramarie has been long warning

of in USA & Australia & in public places  & schools or even front yards of homes.

Our children are precious and need constant supervision. Train them not to accept to be with any older people, teachers, neighbours on their own.

The Chinese boy was charmed away by a charming woman.

Although it was sad to read this report I have to say thank you for posting it…..I’m sure most people are unaware of how much of this sort of thing is happening on a daily basis and I don’t believe it’s just in China, unfortunately this kind of thing is occurring ALL AROUND THE WORLD. A sad but good reminder to look out for the safety of our children.

A truly disturbing and tragic article. How sad to think this boy has lost his sight. It carries a strong warning for extreme vigilance by parents to watch their children. This is particularly necessary in many airports around the world where many child abductions have been reported.
